Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every shop owner to be happy. That is why we show you a free sample before you pay anything. This policy explains what happens if you cancel.

Free consultation and samples

The shop visit (Jaipur), video consultation and sample website/app are free. Nothing to cancel or refund.

One-time setup (website, app, Google profile, marketplace setup)

• Cancel before work starts: full refund of the advance, within 7 working days.
• Cancel after work starts: we refund the advance minus the work already done (design, setup, photos), as per the quote.
• After the work is delivered and approved: no refund. We will still fix any mistake from our side for free.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time with 7 days' notice. The plan stops at the end of the paid month.
• Money paid for a month that has already started is not refunded.

Third-party charges

Domain, marketplace, ads budget and payment gateway charges are paid to those companies and cannot be refunded by us.

How to ask for a refund
