These terms apply when you use o2oindia.online or take any service from O2O India ("we", "us"). By booking or paying for a service you agree to them.

1. Our services

We help businesses go online: websites, mobile apps, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook, online payments, product photos and marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) setup. The exact work, price and timeline for your shop is written in the quote or WhatsApp confirmation we send before starting.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices on the website are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed after the free consultation.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is added if applicable.
• Setup work starts after the advance payment agreed in the quote. Monthly plans are paid in advance each month.
• Third-party costs (domain, marketplace fees, Google or Meta ads budget, payment gateway charges) are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.

3. What we need from you

Correct shop details, product photos or access for a photoshoot, prices, and approvals on time. Delays in sharing these can move the delivery date.

4. Your accounts and content

• Website domain, Google profile, Instagram, Facebook and seller accounts are created in your business name. You own them.
• You confirm that the photos, logos, brand names and product details you give us are yours or you have the right to use them.
• You are responsible for the products you sell, their prices, quality, delivery and any legal licences your business needs.

5. Results

We work to bring more customers to you, but we cannot promise a fixed number of calls, orders, sales or a fixed Google ranking. Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho make their own rules and can change them at any time.

6. Free samples

Free sample websites and apps are previews made from public information about your shop. They are not live services. Sample links can expire.

7. Monthly plans and cancellation

You can stop a monthly plan any time with 7 days' notice on WhatsApp or email. Work already done in that month is not refunded. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Fair use

Do not use our website or services for anything illegal, misleading, fake reviews, spam or content that harms others. We may stop a service if this happens.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, internet outages or account actions taken by Google, Meta or marketplaces.

10. Disputes

We will always try to solve any problem by talking first. These terms follow Indian law, and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
