How to get more Google reviews (the honest way)

Reviews are the first thing a new customer reads. More good reviews also help you rank higher on Google Maps.

Ask at the right time

Ask when the customer is happy: after a good purchase, a compliment or a successful delivery.

Make it easy

Print a QR code that opens your review page and keep it at the counter. Send the same link on WhatsApp with the bill.

Reply to every review

Thank good reviews by name. For bad reviews, apologise, explain politely and offer to fix it. Other customers read your replies too.

Never fake it

Do not buy reviews or ask family to post fake ones. Google detects them, removes them and can suspend your profile.
